The high-pressure diaphragm filter press is an intermittent pressurized filtration equipment used for filtration of various media, with good filtration effect and low moisture content in the filter cake. The automatic system high-pressure diaphragm filter press produced by our factory adopts the building block structure, the structure of each part is reasonable, the connection is simple, and the use of different combinations is suitable for the requirements of different users. The whole machine has the characteristics of high degree of automation, large production capacity, able to operate under high pressure, low liquid content of filter cake, high unit output, small footprint, etc. Its use effect is comparable to that of imported filter presses. The automatic system high-pressure diaphragm filter press has open-flow and dark-flow types. According to the number of filter plates and the change of filter plate form, different filter areas and capacities can be formed. The automatic system high-efficiency clean coal filter press adopts the integrated design and manufacture of machine, electricity and liquid, which can realize the processes of automatic pressing, filtering, flowing, pressing, loosening, and pulling the plate; various processes of the automatic filter press are controlled by electrical Cabinet control, according to the program set by the programmable controller.

Capacitive diaphragm vacuum gauge is a vacuum gauge that uses the diaphragm to deform under the action of gas molecules to measure the pressure. The basic principle is shown in Figure 1. There are two spaces inside the capacitive diaphragm vacuum gauge. The right side of Rubber diaphragm the diaphragm is connected to the vacuum, and the left reference space can be maintained at atmospheric pressure or other certain vacuum degrees. If p2 < p1, the diaphragm is deformed to the right as shown in Figure 1; otherwise, it is deformed to the left. The diaphragm and the electrode are in an insulating state, and the distance between the two changes with the change of p2, which causes the capacitance change between them. Conversely, by measuring the capacitance between the diaphragm and the electrode, the deformation of the diaphragm can be known, and then the pressure can be calculated.
Schematic of a Capacitive Diaphragm Gauge
When the pressure difference between p1 and p2 is small, the deformation of the diaphragm is also small. To accurately measure the vacuum degree, the diaphragm needs to be thinner. However, if the pressure difference between the two sides is large, the diaphragm may be permanently deformed or even damaged. Normally, in order to prevent excessive deformation of the diaphragm, a DC voltage is applied between the electrode and the diaphragm, and the diaphragm is not deformed by electrostatic attraction. By measuring the DC voltage value, the pressure can be known. This vacuum gauge is called a single-capacitor diaphragm vacuum gauge. The differential dual-capacitance diaphragm vacuum gauge realized by setting electrodes on both sides of the diaphragm further improves the measurement accuracy and range.
The diaphragm material usually uses Inconel with a thickness of tens of microns. In order to avoid corrosion by corrosive gases, there are also products using ceramic diaphragms.
The vacuum degree measured by the capacitive diaphragm vacuum gauge has nothing to do with the gas composition. It has fast response and high repeatability. It is very suitable for vacuum measurement in special environments such as oxygen and oil vapor.
