Although the traditional rubber vulcanization method is stable and reliable, it still has its own shortcomings, such as poor uniformity of the diaphragm, unsightly appearance, and a single specification of the diaphragm that can be supported. After discussion by rubber product experts and R&D personnel of our factory, the quality and appearance of the rubber diaphragm were improved as a whole by making changes to the mold.

After continuous efforts and practice, the rubber diaphragm mold designed by our company through independent research and development has been improved and upgraded in terms of appearance and process. The thinnest existing rubber diaphragm mold can support 0.2mm rubber cloth film The forming of the film and the uniform distribution of the surface rubber layer make the rubber diaphragm more reliable in terms of tear resistance as a whole, and avoid tearing and openings on one side or at a certain angle of the diaphragm under long-term use.
